It works out well for the fans having two companies looking out for their favorite lines.

Todd can afford the HUGE licenses....

N3CA will pay for more of the "nitch" licenses because of lower overhead.

Todd can squeeze in some of the more obscure licenses when they piggy-back in a line alongside more mainstream licenses.
